Did He Say That? (didhesaythat.com) is a free game. You don't need an account to play, and we don't ask for your name, email or any other personal details.

What's stored on your device

The game keeps a short list of quotes you've already seen in your browser's local storage, so you don't get the same ones again too soon. It never leaves your device and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and game modes people use. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects things like your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you visit. We don't use it to identify you. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Advertising

We show ads from Google AdSense to help keep the game free. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party ad cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before using cookies for ads, and you can change your choice at any time.

Donations

"Buy me a coffee" payments are handled by Square on Square's own checkout page. We never see or store your card details. Square's use of your information is covered by Square's privacy policy.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
